Founded on the belief that every artist’s story deserves to be seen and heard, the O’Bryant Museum honors contemporary visionaries whose work shapes our present, budding child artists whose imaginations light the way forward, and the enduring spirit of Appalachian folk art that roots us in craft and tradition. We also shine a long-overdue light on forgotten women, whose contributions have too often gone unseen yet remain vital threads in the fabric of art history.
